Two beautiful group exercise studios house over 50 weekly exercise classes. Whether you enjoy step aerobics, Yoga, Pilates or Cycle you can put your body and mind to work as you enjoy the benefits of group exercise while working at your own pace. Don't worry about those tender joints either, we have spring loaded floors to help put a little bounce into your step and to cushion any strenuous impact.
